Who these terms are with

These terms apply between you (or the institution or company you are booking for) and MADVERSE.AI, an AI training service operated by Dilip Kumar Pandit, based in Kolkata, India.

The free session

The introductory session runs 2 to 3 hours and is delivered live. It is free: there is no fee, no card details and no advance booking amount. Booking it places you under no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Online sessions are available anywhere in India. On-site sessions are available in Kolkata only, and travel to and from your venue is arranged at your end.

What you arrange

For an on-site session you provide the room, a projector or large screen, stable Wi-Fi, and a laptop or phone for each participant (or one per pair). For an online session you provide the meeting link and each attendee joins on their own device. No paid software is required — every tool taught has a free version.

Scheduling and cancellation of sessions

Session dates are agreed with you directly after you book. If either side needs to reschedule, tell the other as early as you reasonably can and we will find an alternative date. We may reschedule in case of illness, technical failure or any circumstance outside our reasonable control.

Certificates

Attendees receive a certificate of participation issued by MADVERSE.AI, which can be co-branded with your institution's name and logo on request. To be explicit about what this is: it certifies attendance and participation. It is not a government-, university- or board-accredited qualification, and we do not claim affiliation with any educational board.

The paid program

The 7-Day Complete Training is priced at ₹4,999 and covers 8 chapters plus a bonus toolkit. Enrolment details, dates and payment terms are confirmed with you in writing before any payment is made.

Third-party AI tools

Sessions teach publicly available third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM and Perplexity. We do not own, control or operate those tools. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and age requirements, and their availability, pricing and features can change without notice to us.

Do not enter confidential, personal or client data into any AI tool during a session. We cover this explicitly in the training, but responsibility for what your attendees type into a third-party tool rests with you.

Course materials

Slides, prompt packs, templates and any other material we provide remain our property and are licensed to you for internal use by the people who attended. Please do not resell, publish or redistribute them, or record and republish a session, without our written permission.

What we promise, and what we don't

We will deliver the session as described and teach the tools listed. We cannot promise any specific commercial, academic or employment outcome, because that depends on how the skills are applied afterwards. Nothing taught in a session is financial, legal or professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
