How long is the session and what is the format?
The session runs 2 to 3 hours, delivered live — not a recording. It's hands-on: attendees follow along on their own device and finish with something they actually built.
Is it online, or can you come to our campus or office in Kolkata?
Both. Online is available anywhere in India. On-site is available in Kolkata only — the session itself is still free, and travel to and from the venue is arranged at your end.
What do we need to arrange at our end?
For an on-site session: a room, a projector or large screen, stable Wi-Fi, and one laptop or phone per participant (or one per pair). For an online session: a Zoom or Google Meet link, with each attendee on their own device. No software purchase is needed — every tool we teach has a free version.
Do attendees need any coding or technical background?
No. Nothing taught in the free session requires code. We've run sessions with school students and with staff who had never used an AI tool before.
Which AI tools are covered?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM and Perplexity in the free session, plus presentation and content tools depending on the audience. The 7-day program adds automation tools such as n8n, plus HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Gamma and others.
Is a certificate provided, and can it be co-branded with our name?
Every attendee receives a certificate of participation issued by MADVERSE.AI, and it can be co-branded with your institution's name and logo. To be clear about what it is: it's a participation certificate, not a government- or university-accredited qualification.
