MADVERSE.AI is an AI training service operated by Dilip Kumar Pandit, based in Kolkata, India. For anything relating to your data, contact dilipkumarpandit.official@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the booking form on this site:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, including the country dialling code
- The name of your institution or company
- The type of organisation you selected, and your session preferences
- The date and time you gave consent
We do not collect payment or card details, because the introductory session is free. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about the session you asked for — to confirm a date, arrange the format, send joining details, and follow up afterwards. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the booking form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Where it is stored
Submissions are sent from this website to a private Google Sheet that only we can access. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process the data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers or list brokers. The only exception is if we are legally required to disclose something by a court or a government authority.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. If you tell us you are no longer interested, we remove your record rather than keeping it on file.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it entirely, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email dilipkumarpandit.official@gmail.com and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Children's data
Where we run a session for a school, the school is our point of contact and we do not collect personal details directly from students through this website. The booking form is intended for adults booking on behalf of an organisation.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to anyone actively in touch with us.
